Topic: Telekom Sinus 154SE with old OpenWRT

Hey Guys,

there is not written much on the wiki yet... so, that's why I am asking here for some informations.

I've got a Telekom Sinus 154SE already with an old Version of OpenWRT on it - Is there a way how I can flash any other firmware on that device without using the serial interface or JTAG? I mean, is it possible to flash it with the currently installed version of OpenWRT or maybe by tftp?

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi,

the Wiki (http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/Hardware/T-Com/SINUS154-DSL-BASIC-3 and
http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/Har … -BASIC-SE) is now
up-to-date again.

You can flash official firmware with ethernet / web frontend, see
http://ar7-firmware.berlios.de/index.html.

New OpenWrt firmware will be published using this thread:
http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=2654.

Thanks for that.

Is there maybe a working  precompiled release of openwrt  for this kind of router anywhere to be found?  If not, why is it so?

Thanks!
