I tried it with installing Kamikaze packages offline and it seems to work nicely and fix the issues I had with 0.1.7.
Note: Nothing to do with me, I just tested it.

Looks like 0.1.7 was tagged in December:

Ahh. Sorry, it said Dec 06, and I thought that was a year. Ooops.
Anyhow, 0.1.7 didn't work for me, so I thought this may be significant.
