v7 has a atheros ar2317 and 2mb
it will work if you make a custom image with packages removed and then flash it to the router
first
change the bootloader to microredboot from ddwrt
then flash the a custom made kernel and rootfs
ps: what do you intend do with the router with openwrt ?
just checked and found out that it has only 8mb ram ????
can you confirm this ???
