do a factoiry reset with the command "mtd -r erase rootfs_data".
After the reboot telnet should work. Check your firewall.
SSH is not set by default. Once you set a password with "passwd" command, the ssh will be available.

ok i did everything. now i have openwrt router working, ssh is working too, but telnet does not work, also i have 100 Mbit/s net but when i installed openwrt now i have 9 Mbit/s on this router, on other one i have 100 Mbit/s. what should i do now?

Once that ssh is enabled telnet will be disabled.
It's strange that you have 9mbit/s
How are you connecting it?

normally my main cable in the WAN port. then one cable from lan port to my PC smile

also i have problem installing packagies. when i enter: "opkg update" it says "wget: bad address 'downloads.openwrt.org'"
what should i do.

i found out that it uses 10 Mbit full duplex. how can i turn to 100 Mbit full duplex? can you help me?
i know one package could help me but can't install sad

why is it so hard? i bricked my router and restored via serial cable soldered right on the cpu and 3 more pins. and now next soft problem sad

Now i made everything. Now i know how to install packages delete them. I have ubuntu and Openwrt is like little ubuntu with it's files and configuration. But now i run out of memory sad i have 4 MB only after installing openwrt there is only 100 KB left. i installed one package and done. No more space sad what preinstalled packages can i delete?

thanks a lot for your help smile

I could not find solution for my problem. Bandwith is 10 Mbit/s. When i enter "ethtool eth1" it says that it's working at 10 Mbit/s. when i enter "ethtool -s eth1 advertise 100F" it says 100 Mbit/s but Link is off. then when i restart the router it says that it's working at 10 Mbit/s. What can i do? i have 100 Mbit/s internet connection and can't use with my newly borned tp-link sad pls help me.
