hello, i have a problem with this router : it use the adsl port to connect to internet, but my provider use e eth with a pppoe .
at the moment i connect my pc  to internet (ubuntu) i use the pppoeconf comand. the pc looking for pppoe conf ad enable internet . so i don't use the pppoe that the tplink give , because the adsl port (rj11) is no connect. in this way i can connect only one pc at time .

-i'm not expert i i don't know very well programming.

i found your forum so my question is : can i change the filmware (the filware is like the operation system of pc ?)  to tell the tplink looking for the port for the pppoe config on the eth and no on the adsl connector , and after use the user id and passw  put for the adsl to connect with the ppoe conf.

can i do that? it will work?

and if i have to put an open surce filware it will be hard work for a neewbe like me?

the question is : is possible ? and is possible for a silly like me?
