Plz help me find TX, RX GND port on this board. 
This device is TP-LINK TL-WR740N from Viettel. Viettel has set this equipment from the supplier, it is somewhat different from the version sold outside the market

That board has the same revision number as the V4.23 mentioned in the Wiki. Why do you think it's different?
You could provide some more detailed information on what you already did and which results you encountered. Maybe even add a picture of your soldering on the pcb back side.
