I have this at home, is it possible to unbrick my WT1520 using it? If so, how?

it's just an image of a cable with usb and 4 wires, how do you think we can recognize will it work or no?
Please provide the model of a cable, or the board photo, or the VID/PID of the device after connecting it to pc, or the main chip name or model, something can be used to recognize it.

PID/VID is useless.
Check for 3.3V TX/RX Lines, which most routers have.
Do  never connect 'red wire, which is 5V and damage your board.
