Hi folks,
After several request on this hack i finally put on Wiki some information about SD/MMC mod for Buffalo WHR-G54S, photos are poor but i hope you can understand the documentation without troubles, hack also includes the serial port mod.
Finally i've put all together inside its original case, here's URL:

Ciao Andrea, how do you work to do made it?
If you're talking about cutting hardware and soldering i think i've spent just few hours (2-3), the same for writing wiki and making photos.
Less than an hour with tester and my o'scope, don't know about how many hours spent on bulky firmware or tests with custom MMC.O version, i think most of the time was wasted there
