Here you can test the cipe-linux package for OpenWRT.
http://openwrt.alphacore.net/cipe_1.6.0_mipsel.ipk
You will also need the kernel module that comes with this package :

Let me add a short description of what cipe-linux is, because as I introduced it is nothing else than a new package :
A package for encrypted IP over UDP tunneling. Can be used to build any range of VPN solutions.
