Hello;
Before installing OpenWRT, I'd like to know what I can do via its Admin Console; e.g., would I be able to set or change password, port forwarding, DMZ, router IP, DHCP, etc., via its web interface? I can only do limited command-line stuffs.
Screenshots would be awesome.

Maybe you should look at the X-Wrt project - which is an extended webif for OpenWrt. the documentation does also include a few screenshots of the default OpenWrt webif.
But you can already do most of the things you ask for with the existing webif - but the X-Wrt just offers more options.
