Topic: IPv6 native pppoe connectivity

The content of this topic has been archived on 4 Feb 2018. There are no obvious gaps in this topic, but there may still be some posts missing at the end.

Hi all.

My Internet provider gives IPv6 native connectivity through PPPoe and DCHPv6.

The problem is that i've not found any tutorial to do this with Openwrt. Many tutorial for IPv6 tunnels, but nothing for Native IPv6.

IPv6 tunnels are simply not usable for what i want to do : VOIP over IPv6.

So my question is :

Does openwrt support IPv6 pppoe extension ?

Does openwrt have a working DHCPv6 client ?

Has anybody tested this setup ?

I'd like to use as well IPv4 to IPv6 address translation (NAT-PT for example), to be able access IPv4 local lan machines from external global scope IPv6 addresses.

Last, it would be nice to have a fully IPv6 compatible web interface in the futur, as IPv4 will tend to become a legacy protocol in a few years.

Thanks for your help.

Did you find any solution to this?
