There are no image builders nor SDKs for Linux x86 32 bits, just for 64.
Will be any ones for 32 bits architecture?

The SDK doesn't really differ much from the OpenWrt sources other than including a prebuilt set of tools. Just download the actual OpenWrt sources ("buildroot") and use that; everything required will be automatically downloaded and compiled.
