How i can make a local web server in my computer, to install a package(because i don't have internet connection)...wich software?

you don't need a webserver. a ftp server is enough. use filezilla server if you are on windows.
ok, but i get a error, but i resolved the problem installing NetWorkActiv Web Server, now i already updated the list with the Packages.txt wich i downloaded of http://x-wrt.org, but when i enter "ipkg list", doesn't show a package with the name webif....( i want to install webif, i downloaded the file "webif_latest" from x-wrt)
