After having successfully compiled your firmware, but without admcfg, you can then unbuild the package in build_mipsel/root/ and then recompile your firmware. It is quite simple for a single firmware generation.
If you want to do it automatically, then you have to unbuild the package in sources/openwrt/root/ and it will be copied everytime you generate a new firmware.
