My question as above, before i flash some APs, i would like to know from some experienced DEVs/Users, whether OpenWRT support those 2 protocols for voip? And besides, how good are Handover and Roaming supported by OpenWRT?
If those questions are answered with "no", how can i cope with those problems mentioned above? Third party software maybe?

What do you mean support ?
It is just a router, all it has to do is let traffic through.
If you forward the correct ports to the correct IP (if forwarding is needed), you can use SIP and H323 - sure...
