Hello,
i want to download Kamikaze over SVN, but the Server meens i need a Username and Password. Where can i create that or which username and password must i take to access on it. (Sorry for my english, i´m german)

You don't need username or password! It sounds me strange you were required to have them.
If you want to download last snapshot try:
svn co https://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/Alternatively you can find stable versions at http://downloads.openwrt.org/kamikaze/
