Hi,

I recently acquired a bricked WRT54G v3.1.
On power up, all LEDs light up then go off except power LED which remains flashing.
No Ping response.
Built a Jtag cable.
Erased NVRAM, reboot and still the same.

Flashed a new CFE made with the Skynet CFE recovery tool.
Successfully flashed the new CFE but on backing up to check, found it to be corrupted.
Reflashed again and resulted in corrupted backup.

The two corrupted backups are identical.

Successfully erased the CFE and read back all Fs.

However when I reflashed the original CFE,  it reads back correct.

Tried a third time with new CFE and yet again corrupted.
All three corrupted CFEs are identical.

In short, new CFE flashes bad, original CFE flashes OK!

What am I doing wrong?
