I installed Kamikaze 7.07 on my WRT54GSv2. I then installed asterisk (1.2.16-1) from the default repositories. I edited /etc/defaults/asterisk to enable asterisk startup. On reboot, asterisk does not load. When I try to execute it manually, I get:

root@OpenWrt:/# asterisk -c

There are only warnings, no errors, so I'm not sure why it quits out on me.

Edit Bah, I don't care anymore. Using Zandbelt Asterisk14 repository.
