Hi there, is it possible to install openwrt on a dd-wrt installation using the firmware update function or do I have
to flash it the fashion way like i did it to get dd-wrt on the fonero-device?

I had to use the 'clear nvram' image (and procedure) from the DD-WRT wiki to make OpenWRT reclaim my router.
