Hi there...

So i installed and tried to config my device but... have some questions and problems.

1 problem: i installed all packages i need, then i power off it for night... when i power on it on morning my router only boot from flash!!! i cant boot from my hdd all night long i reboot and everything was ok!
2 problem: i reflash my router but! after i upload .trx file and try to login using telnet - i cant! device bot reachable

1 question: i set the nvram parameter wait_boot=on what does it mean? where i can read about nvram params  for WL700ge?
2 question: after i installed the openwrt fw what actions on my "reset" and "ezbuttons"?

Any advice!? Somebody?!

1. Kamikaze does NOT use NVRAM anymore.
2. Later this week I get a ASUS WL-700g Encore. Then I can play a bit with it

anymore.... mmm... but what about 7.07 build?

Kamikaze releases never used the nvram config. Flat files are better anyway

Thats great! but what about boot_wait nvram param ?

Some variables like boot_wait are used by the boot loader (as well as processor frequency etc...).
They're not used by Linux when it boots, but really by the boot loader, so they still need to be there and are still honoured.
I was only talking about the OS configuration.

Which image did you use for flashing ?

Solution was to issue a "halt" command before power off. Not ideal but perhaps a work around for now.
