When I go to http://192.168.1.1 the OpenWrt gui flashes for a second before it goes to http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/webif/info.sh

How do I remove whatever is causing this?

Also is there a way to get back to previous state even reload firmware if errors are made?

thanks

Colm

I doubt editing the index.html file in vi will do any good, to get back to original config is there a way to do a safe reinstall of packages without doing update involving the web. I can connect to OpenWrt firmware on Linksys wrt54g ver.1.1 only via Putty... I've generated some keys for Putty to install on OpenWrt but get message using pscp.exe 'SSH protocol version 1 required by user but not provided by server...cul de sac at the moment>
