I've an issue with some nvram settings corrupted and when I do a "nvram show", even the key name is unreadable (see sample below). How could I do to unset these settings? Is there any other way to get the key name? My router (Asus 500 Premium) runs well but I'd prefer to clean it...

dump nvram in text. erase then reissue all commands then nvram commit.

but carefull as some routers will be bricked if you erase nvram and then reset (i.e. they don't have a defaults initialization in their boot code).

Thk for the tip and for the quick answer (I actually did it in the meatime before to read your post).
I took another Asus 500GP, dumped its nvram, changed the necessary settings in the backup file and overwrote the faulty router with that file.
