Can you disable the "At least 60 seconds have to pass between posts. Please wait a little while and try posting again." function that is not really convenient, even if it may avoid spamming.

Now we're on the subject of forums anyway, would it be a good idea to add an extra forum discussing and announcing packages? Or do people feel ok with "Developer" to be used for it?

Finally, don't know if is a ISP related problem whether or not, but I can resolve openwrt.org, so I have to get connected via 208.185.247.160/~openwrt/ . Other (french) people told me they had the same problem, I will tell my ISP it does not work
