Old news but I figured I'd post it -

http://mbm.openwrt.org/openwrt-1.svg
http://mbm.openwrt.org/openwrt-2.svg

These can be used as wallpaper in recent versions of gnome and kde; if your os doesn't support svg you can convert them into bmp/jpg/whatever using inkscape. The second svg will show your normal desktop color -- it'd suggest #393939.
