Hi
Has anybody taken a look at the ZyXel NSA-220 NAS-server in terms of running Kamikaze on it - it seems that the hardware spec are Marvell 88F5182-A2 C500 processor, 128MB Ram and 16MB flash, and running a 2.6 kernel Linux system.

The original sources are found at ftp://opensource.zyxel.com/

It is quite cheap which made me wonder about the potential :-)

Hi

I've got the NSA-220 and visited the link above. I'm not a Linux expert so can't make heads or tails.

After running the command ". ./env.sh" "make all", the .bin file ended up being smaller than the original firmware.

I'm trying to change default torrent port.

Suggestions/Comments greatly appreciated.

Did you try to upload the firmware that you compiled yourself on the NAS ? Has anyone seen the sources of the latest version of the firmware ? The one that is availabe on the ftp from zyxel is an old version...
