Hi
I've actually DD-WRT isntalled on my Fonera.
I would change to OpenWRT, but I don't find a .bin version of OpenWRT for my Fonera (for upgrade trought the web-update interface of my DD-WRT).
There is a .bin version?
Or, there is another mode for upgrade (simply tongue) to OpenWRT from DD-WRT?
Tnx.

it's actually very simple. telnet 192.168.1.1 9000 within 5 seconds of boot and load your kernel and root filesystem images. There is a procedure in the wiki. (no you cannot upload a .bin file, like you did with dd-wrt).

I've switched from dd-wrt to openwrt, never looked back.

Ok, tnx.
But I've not understand if there is a webinterface in the kamikaze 7.09 version or If I must install it. Can you explain me this?

you install it once you've booted up for the first time and logged on with ssh (download putty) simply by typing 'ipkg install webif'. You will need to manually modify your network interfaces to get your fonera on the internet. All configuration is stored files in /etc/config/. Read the wiki for further guidance on setting everything up once you've booted your fonera for the first time.

Ok, perfect.
Tnx!
