A simple question what is the best hardware based router that support kamikaze kernel 2.6
I always used asus wl 500gp but I need some software that is only supported in the 2.6 version.

Simply replace the MiniPCI WiFi card inside the 500g Premium with some Atheros card and use brcm47xx [2.6] target (from trunk). Then you have WiFi and your 2.6 Kernel...

Yeah but my warranty is void 
And is any atheros card good?
I am using "Wistron CM9 MiniPCI Card", and it is
Atheros-based radio chip and works well with madwifi... softmac...etc
Anything that works right out the box properly with 2.6 and hopefully has USB (and I would be pleased if it would also be wireless-N router) as those miniPCI cards seem to be difficult to acquire in Finland. WRT350n would be great, but it's gonna take propably a one more year until it's supported, and propably even longer before all versions are supported..
