i search but could not find
precompiled bin for flashind openwrt in wag354g or wag200g
do not know lot about compiling and stuff and would like to
try this fashinated firmware

p.s. stable , beta or alpha state are fine....

There are no images for these devices.
You have to build it yourself - it's AR7-plattfrom, but beware - the support for these router is limited.

i have notice that the are no public images
but wondering if anyone has build one for his tests and could send me
since i have no idea how to do it
i know its limited but wanna try it my WAG354G is sitting and its a good change to use it
if everything fails and WAG354 dies .... ok no matter i could afford that
further reason is that if openwrt is what i am looking for for setting up small net
i could get then a "supported" one
