trying to make a router out of an old laptop, got a draft N Atheros ar5008 card. I have compiled the experimental driver from subversion and it works, but making the hostapd+dhcpd stack working on a generic linux box is quite complicated as I cannot get WPA-authentication working, so I decided to go openwrt. Is there anyway to patch the 0.9.4 madwifi driver into the kernel? I am assuming that openwrt patches and works over a vanilla kernel. Thanks,
