Does anyone have an image already built that will support the SD mod and asterisk? Either Kamikaze or WhiteRussian... but I'd prefer Kamikaze with the 2.4 kernel
I know there are instructions for how to do this but I'd rather not re-invent the wheel.
Would someone send me their image?

You don't revinvent the wheel in this case. So, please go ahead and build your own image.
WOW! That was a figure of speech... and why wouldn't the "community" share an image that works and save a lot of people a lot of time... and maybe attracts more user?
Sounds like "if you want to use Linux on your PC... build a distro yourself...you're not re-inventing anything" ...way to interest others...

Kamikaze is still in active development. I am not one of the developers, so I can't speak for them, but I suppose they only make binaries available for releases.
Of course if I had an image matching your requirements I would be happy to share it. Perhaps none of the people who read your post have an image matching your requirements.
If you wanted an AR7 or adm5120 image I might have been able to help...
