Topic: Deactivate WLAN

Hi,

is it possible to deactivate the wlan (because of health concerns) in generall on the used "routers"? And im not talking about security here.

AFAIK it isn't just possible, it is the default. You have to manually enable it, for security reasons. So if you use default images or just self built one without changing the default settings for the router, you don't have to do anything smile.

I did that on my Atheros router. I use the reset button to activate/deactivate wlan, check it here: http://www.neophob.com/serendipity/inde … kages.html
