I would like to reinstall linksys firmware.
I tried TFTP - not working
I installed webif and used firmware upgarde - one unit is now a brick

I have JTAG cable but no howto...

Might be somebody can tell me..

there's no need for jtag, by enabling serial port this way:

and the use of a terminal software like ucon from http://www.microcross.com/html/micromon … l(windows) 
and a little research(googling) you should be able to restore the original firmware.
ok, i know there are more ways to handle it, this solution works for me. (wrt54g v3.1)
enabling serial console is always a good idea.
and last not least look at this: http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/Installing
this works vice versa.
