Finally stumbled across the right documentation for the routerboard 133c here:

but ran into the following problem at the end of the installation:
root@(none):/# /etc/init.d/network restart
/sbin/ifup: /sbin/ifdown: line 12: uci_load: not found
/sbin/wifi: line 115: uci_load: not found
Anybody have any idea what's going on with this and how to fix it?
I just loaded an rb192 with the latest kamikaze trunk. I followed the directions on the page you mentioned, but I had to use the "Manual Flashing" instructions near the bottom and it flashed with no problems.
I didn't use the init.d/network restart command so I didn't see your problem.
