Topic: Detecting wifi nodes that are running in client-mode

Hi folks,

Is it possible to detect wifi nodes (in client-mode) scanning the network from the access point even if they are not associated with that access point?

Something like "iwlist scan" but not just to detect access points but also nodes in client-mode.

(I'm using openwrt on a linksys wrt54g).

you can check kismet, there is a package for openwrt
