I'm dealing with JTAG cable and WRT54GL
looking at

It is stated that pin 12 of JTAG connector is GND
But if you can better check also from this picture

Pin 12 is NOT connected to GND like other pins (2-4-6-8-10) are

Checking with ohmmeter pin 12 is confirmed NOT at GND

I have no idea what is it ...
but I don't know if it's a good idea to short it to GND with JTAG interface

Anybody knows what is it?
