I'm having fun with this, haven't bricked the router yet, but I imagine I will soon :-D
I've hit kind of a dead end and I'm hoping for a shove. Here's my current bin directory after compile:
I imagine I've made some common newbie mistake I haven't been able to find on the boards.
Any help is appreciated.

Did you run out of disk space?
Did you get any error messages?
Try "make V=99" instead of just "make" to get more information during the compile.
Ouch, hadn't thought about disk space. I only have 3.6 GB left on this disk. I'll sniff around a bit and free some up and try again. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll run the next make with V=99 as well.
Only one person ("macpaul") has ever had any success with OpenWRT on this model, and all attempts to contact him for details have failed.
