got my jtag header all built and went to try and big surprise.
i use an asus maximus system that has no parallel lpt1 port on the motherboard.
I installed a pci parallel port card and installed the driver (xp sp3 32 bit system).
It comes up as lpt3. tjtag does not recognize it. tried all ways to configure as lpt1 but can seemt to make it work.
I've checked all the past discusions on hardware hacks and how to's.
checked the web; seems like there is no work around but thought i'd check and see if some one has
found a solution.
Any hints would be helpfull...otherwise i'll have to go buy a cheap used old system with ubuntu.
