Topic: WDS over 2xWRT54GL DHCP-problem on wireless repeater.

Hi

I have one WRT54GL (WRT2) connected to my internet-router and then a wds-link between my two WRT54GLs.
Its been running for a few years now without any problem but now I want to connect wirelessly to the other WRT (WRT1) but it doesnt forward any IP from the DHCP-server.
The signal is 50+% and as I said no problem with the wired connection. I can connect to WRT2 wireless and Ill get an IP.

I have checked and compared my settings and the only thing that differs is the ifconfig output.
As I said its quite a while since I worked with Whiterussian software so maybe the problem is very easy to solve?
Please if you have an idea give me a hint!

Thanks!
/fgh

Oh, and the ifconfig output:

Noone?

brctl show ?
wired connection to WRT2 works ?

What if you connect to WRT2 wirelessly, but set up IP paramaters manually (no DHCP) ?
Does it works ?
Can you oing WRT1, WRT2, other clients , other hosts on internet ?

The discussion might have continued from here.
