Erm... the LAN side of an average SOHO router is practically a 4-port Ethernet switch. I don't own such a router, so I did a quick search for its parameters, and the datasheet says that there are 4 ports on the LAN side. Consequently, the answer is yes.
yes, you can even configure the switch to use all 5 ports (including WAN)
