i have problem, admin FTP server give me ban on my static IP im my work 
In home i have dynamic IP. In home i have WL-HDD on Kamikaze...
How can i redirect port from work via home to FTP serve ?

You could try installing an FTP proxy on your router and then allowing your work IP to connect to it. You would probably need to set up Dynamic DNS on the router so that you can connect to it from work.
