I've installed AccelPPTP on my WRT54GL following this guid: http://www.rtg.in.ua/articles/accelpptp-on-openwrt
Now it's working fine with better perfomance.

Could it be included into OpenWrt as optional package or even as default PPTP client?

I am need this too!! Pleese replace pptp by accel-pptp!!! Current pptp-client is very slow!

Thanks! It will be great! The slow PPtP is only one issue why I can't use my Netgear  WNDR3700 router. If pptp will perform near the factory firmware the OpenWRT will be real the BEST firmware!

The  the weburl module included in the Gargoyle firmware. Can you add somehing like that in OpenWRT? DD-WRT have url filter. This is general normal feature included in many factories firmwares.
