Sorry for the dumb question, but I can't figure out which version of Kamikaze I should download for my Netgear 634U router (I am currently running 7.09 and want to upgrade via X-WRT)?
Either brcm-2.4 or brcm47xx?

The choice between brcm-2.4 or brcm47xx depends on whether you want WLAN or port forwarding. In brcm-2.4 (kernel 2.4) port forwarding is not working correctly. In brcm47xx (kernel 2.6) WLAN is not working.

I definitely want WLAN, so does this mean 2.4 does not support WLAN? The reason I ask it that I upgraded using the 2.4 firmware, and it looks like I can't configure the WLAN using Luci.

The wireless does definitely work in 2.4. It's not supported in 2.6.
