Have you built a working initramfs-based OpenWRT for brcm47xx?
Perhaps there is a trick to it, but I do not understand what might have been done wrong to evoke the message:
mtd: partition "rootfs" doesn't start on an erase block boundary -- force read-only
And it's pretty tough to debug:
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
Leaves one feeling a bit stuck....
If you have a working initramfs-based OpenWRT for a brcm47xx system, I would very much like to copy the setup.
Thanks,
-Eric Herman
