I have succeeded to flash the DSL-G684T (HW/rev A1) with OpenWRT...

Now need to get familiar with OpenWRT, dd-wrt has spoiled me!

I have followed this steps from wiki.
Now the wiki should be updated...

Before I flash it with alternative firmware, the stock firmware gave this info about it`s enviroment:

Have 10.03 installed and have problems with wireless acx driver (Texas Instruments):
first the present diver has only WEP and no WPA encryption,
second, the wireless led does not light when WLAN properly set (router as AP + 1 wireless client connected-my laptop).

How and where to enable leds, gpio???
When wil be WPA supported with TI chip?

Have set internal dsl modem and it works without problems as my primary gateway to Internet, its a shame this device has only 4MB flash...
Only minus for this device is poor wireles driver/chip (acx/TI) for instance it has no wpa functionality.

My question is how can I set the Wlan led to light when it is up/active?
Have seen im luci web page possibility to set it but I don't uderstand it, plase help!!!

I also managed to install backfire 10.03 on DSL-G684T but not sure how to configure it so that it acts as a wireless booster/access point for my Comtrend VR-3026e.Can you please share your experience.
