Can anybody tell how they manage to create the pie charts on the gargoyle and tomato WebUIs?
I don't see, that this is done with RRDtool. PHP-Scripts? I know that gargoyle is FOSS and i did try to find the solution while browsing the code, but I am ignorant. How do they manage?
Afaik its SVG, generated with JavaScript, the data is provided by the server backend - usually through JSON.

Not a bad idea to let the browser of the Client do the drawing. It's got enough resources. I thought about gnuplot and shit, but this is all to much effort for some simple diagrams.
