Can I using the webinterface flash my dir300 from dd-wrt to openwrt, or i need smth else to do?

I think - you can. ( It would works )
And if it fails, use tft.

I found the wiki helpfull.

If you do get it flashed check the OPKG packages for dir-300.
You may find something there for other flashes once you are on OPENWRT.
