How to find out that someone disconnects it's wifi from the router? The log read doesn't even writes a line when someone disconnects.

It looks like you can run hostapd (from wpad-mini) with additional debugging (-d or -dd). I haven't tried this, so I don't know if it will log the information you want. I also don't know how to set those flags in a "nice" way, other than by manually editing /lib/wifi/hostapd.sh. Hope this helps.
