I have configured my WRT54G to be exactly to my liking. Now, I want to be able to make some form of an image that I can easily take this configuration, go over to another WRT54G with stock linksys firmware and easily flash it to be identical (nvram and all).
Is there any simple (or i guess non-simple will do but isn't preferred) way to do this?

Okay, so this backup produced -
Can I just flash it in as I would normally when installing openwrt to a virgin linksys? Or do I need to install by the normal procedure and scp the firmware in and use mtd to update it?
Also what about nvram?
