First one arrived today and second one should arrive tomorrow (which I'll send to Kaloz along with the Linksys compact). First impression - this looks very promising. Fooling around with nvram variables I even managed to get it into client mode apparantly as the web IF suddenly came up with the mgmt interface of another Wisp's AP a couple blocks away! I dutifully changed the pw and rebooted
I haven't fooled with the hostapd.conf file yet (there doesn't seem to be an editor) nor figured out how to turn on vlan tagging.
A few snippits:

Network Configuration:
-nd Display current network configuration
-np port [vlanName] Move port to interface (VLAN),
or free the port if no VLAN is given
Register Access:
-rr regOffset Read register (hex params)

Switch Configuration:
-si Show switch information
-sr phyAddr regOffset Read switch register (hex params)
-sw phyAddr regOffset data Write switch register (hex params)
-sa [phyAddr [regOffset]] Show all switch registersps, this thing sure is tiny, but runs a bit warm even at default power. Also, it comes with a complete set of international power plugs (4 in all). Just choose the one you want and it slides onto the power cube.
pps, haven't managed to get into the Linksys GC yet, i'm thinking of flashing the ASUS firmware on it.
