Hi forum.

After some years i am returning to OpenWRT, but i can´t remember anything anymore it seems...:-S

I have a little problem with ipkg:

root@Rooter:/# ipkg update
Downloading http://openwrt.org/downloads/snapshots/ … s/Packages
wget: not an http or ftp url: https://openwrt.org/downloads/snapshots … s/Packages
An error ocurred, return value: 1.
Collected errors:
ipkg_download: ERROR: Command failed with return value 1: `wget --passive-ftp    -q -P /tmp/ipkg-fLolmA http://openwrt.org/downloads/snapshots/$S/packages/Packages'

What is wrong here, and how do i solve this issue ??

hi psd, i have used following commands to install carserver....

cd /tmp
wget http://www.jbprojects.net/projects/wifi … mipsel.ipk
ipkg install ./carserver_1_mipsel.ipk

first two commands executed successfully but in last command an error displayed "ipkg command not found" ...by ur post i can notice that ur ipkg command is working so please if u know why this error is occuring pls help me...i'll b very greatfull to u...pls reply...wtng for ur reply...)
